"Online shopping store pickup" service query

After confirming the order, you will receive a pickup notification email and be notified to pick it up at the store within the specified time period. When picking up the goods, you only need to show the order number, and after verifying the goods and signing for them, you can complete the pickup.

Pickup deadline

After receiving the pickup notification email, please pick up the goods at the designated store within three days. If the pickup deadline is exceeded and the goods are not picked up, the order will be cancelled.

Delivery service 

We reserve the right to refuse delivery at our sole discretion. You agree and accept that you will receive the ordered goods from our logistics center, and under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of orders or refunds to you.

We will deliver the goods you ordered to the delivery address provided by you through our staff or third-party suppliers. When you confirm receipt of the goods, you agree to provide proof of identity with photos upon request. When the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided by you, they are considered delivered to you and received by you. If you are unable to receive the goods for any reason, you agree and accept that we have the right to choose to charge you additional fees or cancel your order without the need for a refund or any compensation.

Unless otherwise specified, we will use all reasonable commercial efforts to deliver within 7 working days of accepting your order. Any time and date of sending the goods, or the time required for delivery, is only an estimate. If we fail to meet any specified sending or delivery dates or times, we will notify you of the progress of your order. You agree and accept that we will not accept cancellation of orders or refunds to you under any circumstances.

When the goods you purchased have been delivered to you, you will become the owner of the goods. When the goods have been delivered to you, you will bear the risk of holding the goods yourself and we will not be responsible for their loss or damage.

Unless otherwise specified, a delivery fee will be charged for each delivery.
