Online shopping return and exchange policy

If there are any issues with the order or product quality or if the wrong product is received after receiving the goods, please email the relevant order number and product photos to within 7 days from the date of receiving the goods business@yuanlihk.com . The goods must be returned together with the original packaging (including all original labels, labels, and packaging) for processing.

A return request can only be processed once per order.

Refunds/exchanges are not accepted for goods with quality issues, delivery errors, or incorrect quantities.

The refund amount will be returned to your relevant payment account for the order after receiving confirmation of the refund. Generally, it takes about 1 to 2 weeks.

Yuanli Store Return and Exchange Policy

Please bring valid documents and goods that meet the return and exchange standards to the original Yuanli store for return and exchange within 7 days from the purchase date. Non purchase stores will not be able to process the return and exchange.

The original silver return is only applicable to expired goods or our own brand, and other goods are limited to returns and exchanges.

Transactions made in cash, Octopus or other instant payment tools will be refunded in cash. For transactions made by credit card payment, the original credit card and the original credit card receipt must be presented when refunding. Refunds can only be arranged to the same credit card, and the payment will be returned to the credit card account used during the purchase within 4 weeks. All other payment methods not specified shall be returned using the original payment method.

If there is any dispute, Yuanli Co., Ltd. reserves the final decision-making power.
